The clock starts at your scheduled time, not when you arrive or send your first message. For example, if your session is booked from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM and you arrive at 2:15 PM, it will still end at 2:30 PM. Please come prepared with your main question and any relevant screenshots or links ready beforehand. The more clearly you explain your situation, the more effectively we can use our time. If you have multiple unrelated questions or want to discuss several areas of your business, you are welcome to book additional sessions.
