HOW THE 30 MINUTES WORK

Your call begins at the exact time you book. The clock starts at your scheduled time, not when you answer or join the call.

Please come prepared with your main urgent question and all relevant screenshots, links, figures, messages, or context ready before the call begins.

If your call is booked from 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and you join at 3:15 p.m., it will still end at 3:30 p.m.

Please make sure you are reachable on your chosen platform at the exact time you booked.

IMPORTANT: SAME-DAY ACCESS IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

This session can only be booked using the same-day times currently displayed as available on the booking page.

Booking this service does not guarantee that every time of day will be available. Once the available same-day slots are filled, no additional access is promised.

Please make sure the time you select genuinely works for you before completing your booking.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE BOOK THE CORRECT SESSION

This emergency call is for one urgent business situation that can reasonably be addressed within 30 minutes.

If the support you need clearly belongs within one of my longer or more specialised sessions, I reserve the right to let you know that it cannot be fully handled within this session and that you may need to book the appropriate service.

Booking the wrong session does not entitle you to a refund.

At my sole discretion, the amount paid may be applied as credit towards the correct session, with any price difference payable by you. This is not automatic or guaranteed.

REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

All same-day emergency bookings are strictly non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Because this service reserves priority same-day access, rescheduling is not guaranteed.

No refund will be issued if you change your mind, no longer need the session, arrive late, fail to answer or join the call, do not use the full call time, book the wrong service, provide incorrect contact details, fail to read the description, or expect support outside the stated scope.

If I am unable to deliver the call due to an emergency or circumstances beyond my control, you will be offered a reasonable alternative, reschedule, or refund as appropriate.

CONFIDENTIALITY, RESULTS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Your call will be treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure may be required by law.

I provide business guidance based on my experience, knowledge, strategies, and perspective as an entrepreneur, digital marketer, content creator, and educator.

I do not guarantee any particular financial, sales, audience, or business result. You remain responsible for your decisions, implementation, and actions.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The guidance provided is for educational, informational, and advisory purposes only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for losses, damages, expenses, business decisions, lost profits, missed opportunities, or other consequences resulting from your use or interpretation of information discussed.

PAYMENTS AND CHARGEBACKS

Payment must be made in full before your call is confirmed. If you receive the service and later initiate a chargeback falsely claiming it was not provided, booking confirmations, call records, messages, timestamps, screenshots, and service-delivery records may be submitted as evidence. This may also result in refusal of future bookings.
