This session is designed to be flexible and easy to fit into your day. All coaching takes place via Telegram, and you are welcome to communicate through text messages, voice notes, screenshots, links, or a combination of these.

Everything stays in one place, so you can revisit the guidance whenever you need clarity or want to refer back to something we discussed.

WHAT THIS SESSION IS REALLY ABOUT

This session gives you 45 minutes of direct, one-on-one access to me to talk through one specific business question, decision, or situation.

Maybe you’re stuck between two options and want to know which one I would choose. Maybe you’re overthinking a particular business decision and need a fresh pair of eyes. Maybe something has happened in your business and you’re genuinely wondering:

“Anna, what would you do if you were me?”

That’s exactly what this session is for.

This is not a deep-dive business audit, an offer-building session, a launch strategy session, or a session to diagnose your entire sales process. It is for the person who has one clear question, one specific decision, or one situation they need direct guidance on.

You bring it to me. You give me the context I need. I ask questions where necessary. And for 45 minutes, we focus entirely on that specific situation.

WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE

On the day of your session, you will receive 45 minutes of live, back-and-forth, one-on-one access to me via Telegram.

You can communicate through text messages, voice notes, screenshots, relevant links, or a combination of these.

I will respond directly to you, ask questions where necessary, and give you my perspective based on the specific situation you bring to me.

The goal is simple: you should leave with greater clarity about the one question, decision, or situation you came with.

THIS SESSION MAY INCLUDE

• My direct opinion on one specific business idea or decision

• Help choosing between clearly defined options

• Feedback on one particular situation you’re currently dealing with

• A second opinion before making a business move

• Clarity when you’re uncertain about your immediate next step

• My perspective on what I would consider if I were in your position

• Answers to focused questions that do not require a full audit, extensive research, offer creation, launch planning, or deep strategic work

WHAT THIS SESSION DOES NOT INCLUDE

This session does not include figuring out what you should sell from scratch, monetising your expertise, creating or structuring an offer, building a launch strategy, conducting a deep sales diagnosis, creating a high-ticket strategy, auditing your entire business, or extensive pre-session research.

I have separate specialised sessions for these needs because they require more time and deeper analysis.

HOW THE 45 MINUTES WORK

Your session begins at the exact time you booked. The clock starts at your scheduled time, not when you arrive or send your first message.

For example, if your session is booked from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM and you arrive at 2:15 PM, it will still end at 2:45 PM.

Please come prepared with your main question and any relevant screenshots or links ready beforehand. The more clearly you explain your situation, the more effectively we can use our time.

If you have multiple unrelated questions or want to discuss several areas of your business, you are welcome to book additional sessions.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE BOOK THE CORRECT SESSION

Each of my sessions has been created for a specific type of problem and level of support. Please read the full description carefully before booking.

If you book this session for a problem that clearly falls within one of my other specialised sessions, I reserve the right to let you know that the support you need cannot be provided within this session and that you will need to book the appropriate service instead.

Booking the wrong session does not entitle you to a refund.

However, at my sole discretion, the amount you have already paid may be applied as credit towards the correct session, in which case you will only be required to pay the difference in price, if applicable. This is not automatic or guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE UNDERSTAND THE SCOPE OF THIS SESSION

I provide business guidance based on my personal experience, knowledge, strategies, and perspective as an entrepreneur, digital marketer, content creator, and educator.

I do not guarantee any particular financial, sales, audience, or business result. Results vary and depend on many factors, including your execution, experience, audience, market conditions, resources, decisions, and individual circumstances.

You remain fully responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take following the session.

REFUNDS, RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS

All bookings are strictly non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

No refund will be issued if you change your mind, no longer need the session, arrive late, fail to attend, choose not to use the full session time, book the wrong session, fail to read the description, or expect support outside the stated scope of the session.

If you book the wrong session, I may, at my sole discretion, allow your payment to be applied as credit towards the correct service, with any price difference payable by you. This is not guaranteed.

If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accommodated.

If I am unable to deliver your session due to an emergency or circumstances beyond my control, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule with an extra 10 minute compensation.

CONFIDENTIALITY & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Your session will be treated as private and confidential, except where disclosure may be required by law.

You are responsible for providing accurate and sufficient information. The quality and relevance of my guidance depend partly on the context you provide.

You are also fully responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any suggestions, feedback, or strategies discussed during the session.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The information and guidance provided during this session are for educational, informational, and advisory purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for losses, damages, expenses, business decisions, lost profits, missed opportunities, or other consequences resulting from your use or interpretation of information discussed during the session.

PAYMENTS AND CHARGEBACKS

Payment must be made in full before your session is confirmed.

If you receive the service and subsequently initiate a chargeback falsely claiming that the service was not provided, records of booking confirmations, messages, timestamps, and service delivery may be submitted to the relevant payment provider as evidence.

This may also result in the termination of current support and refusal of future bookings.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If, after our time together, you have another question, face a new problem, or would like my help with something else, you are always welcome to book another session.

You can book the same type of session again if you have another problem within its scope, or choose one of my other specialised sessions if you need a different or deeper level of support.

There is no limit to how many sessions you can book. Each booking gives us a new dedicated space to focus on what you need help with at that time.
